We gather all the information on vacancies that need to be filled. We also look into your company culture and the requirements for candidates to be an acquisition to your organisation.
COMPANY VACANCY ADS
We look for candidates and advertise on all platforms. We advertise on LinkedIn, Career Junction, Facebook, X, Indeed and Executive Placements. We also have our own Database.
CANDIDATE SELECTION
We review resumes we receive and shortlist the ones we feel might be suitable. If we can’t find a suited Candidate, we source via the various methods available to us.
INTERVIEWS AND ASSESSMENTS
Shortlisted or sourced candidates are interviewed with our specialised personal touch and unique methods. We don’t only review the resume, we review the persona.
CANDIDATE INFORMATION CHECK
All compiled and passed onto the company and explained in full detail. Including Criminal record check and Credit check.

We recognise that the market is inundated with recruitment agencies charging a fortune by using the commission related structure of pricing; therefore, since our company’s inception we only charge a fair ONCE-OFF PLACEMENT FEE.
This saves you, the client, thousands of rands while simultaneously recieving our top notch service. We are not interested in only making a placement once-off with your company but, instead, we want to form an ongoing relationship with your company because we belive this is the best way to conduct business.
How does the once off fee pricing structure work ?
Firstly, there are NO Upfront Fees or Commission related fees involved.
Next, the once-off fee is calculated based on these 3 factors:
- Your company vacancy and Job Specification that you have and need to be met by the candidate
- Your company salary structure or commission structure for the candidate that you are recruiting for
- Any additional requirements that you as the customer deem to be important
Our system will then generate a once-off fee for you and it various between R10 500.00 up to R15 500.00 max.
